Chalech 4 is one of Lech’s exciting new developments, brand new for the 2019/20 winter season.
The property is spread over three floors, with the main living area occupying the top floor comprising an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Gather in front of the wood-burning stove for drinks in the evening, or recline on the luxurious green velvet sofa and soak in the alpine views through the floor to ceiling windows. In warmer spring months, guests can step out onto the terrace to enjoy the sunshine with a glass of something bubbly. As cosy as it is contemporary, this luxury apartment is a wonderful bolthole for a group of family or friends.
On lazy afternoons, after skiing, make the most of the shared spa with swimming pool and gym, or retreat to your own private sauna and Hammam to soothe away any aches and pains picked up on the slopes.
In the evenings, enjoy pre-dinner canapés and champagne with your party around the fireplace as the snow falls outside. Then move to the stunning dining table for a four-course feast which can be tailored to your requirements exactly, whether you’d like a showcase of the very best in Austrian delicacies or light and healthy options, it can all be prepared by your own private chef.
You’ll enjoy the complimentary services of a top notch ski instructor for the first two days of your stay, whilst the in-resort driver service will whisk you to wherever you need to be.
The village of Lech lies in the foreground, beautifully illuminated by night, with a surreal mountain landscape as backdrop. Just moments from the Schlosskopf piste, it’s a superb location for those serious about skiing.

Chalech 4 enjoys a fantastic position in Lech, approx. 3mins walk to the nearest Schlosskpf lift and a 10mins walk or 3mins chauffeured drive to the centre of the village.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck, approx. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich approx. 2hrs 30mins away.

With its chefs plucked from the world’s best Michelin-starred restaurants and super yachts, you’re guaranteed to eat well at Chalech 4.
Each morning, you’ll wake to a delicious continental spread and your chef will also offer a selection of hot specials each day, which can be tailored to your tastes.
When you return from the slopes, a delicious spread of afternoon tea will be waiting for you, tempting you to over-indulge. If you have children who like to eat an early dinner, the chef can make them a separate meal, just the way they like it.
You’ll just have time to make the most of the chalet’s facilities and slip into something more glamorous before gathering for champagne and tempting canapés while your chef prepares your evening meal – three courses to suit your party’s particular palettes, accompanied by a thoughtful selection of fine European wines and followed by a locally inspired cheeseboard and then digestifs or coffees around the fire.
On the chef’s day off, your host will be happy to make restaurant bookings for you.
Chalech 4 can also be taken on a self-catered or bed & breakfast basis, allowing you to set your own schedule and to explore the wonderful restaurants in Lech.

Kids
There’s plenty to keep little ones busy on this luxury ski holiday. The chalet has shared access to a swimming pool, which children will enjoy splashing around in. In the evenings, adults can be left in peace whilst the kids watch a movie in the separate TV room.
The children’s bunk room also gives them their own private kids’ space to retreat to. For younger guests, cots and highchairs can also be provided if required.
Nannies and babysitters can be arranged on request.
