Description

A warm welcome awaits you at Chalet Le Brevent. This modern luxury ski chalet in Chamonix is the perfect bolthole for a crowd of keen skiers, nestled right at the foot of the slopes and within a short walk of all Chamonix has to offer.

Six luxury en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 12 people and in each, the very most is made of this chalet’s wonderful location, with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing you to wake up to views of the trees and mountains.

The living areas are equally thoughtfully designed, with open-plan spaces to allow you to be sociable, but plenty of room for everyone to find a little peace and quiet, too. A stunning, modern kitchen with top-of-the-range gadgetry sits behind a peninsular bar where you can sit and watch your chef at work over a glass of wine.

Adjacent to the kitchen area is an intimate and stylish dining space with statement lighting and a refectory-style table with comfy seating so you can while away an evening over good food, fine wine and excellent company. Then, down a couple of steps is the two-tiered living space; the first a cosy fireside seating spot with capacious sofas leaning in to a roaring fire, with stacks of logs, cushions, throws and all you need for a cosy evening watching the flames dance.

The second half of the living area is a spacious and airy lounge with TV, three more sofas, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let the light flood in and offer views of the tops of the trees to gaze out at as you flick through the papers or catch up with friends after a morning on the slopes. The lounge leads out to a modern terrace, with an outdoor hot tub and lots of space to sit and take in the fabulous views.

More of the outdoor spaces can be accessed via the lower ground floor, which also houses a well-equipped fitness suite, spa area with large sauna, steam room and rainfall shower, and a cinema room where you can cosy up on sofas for a movie matinee on snowy afternoons.

Everything has been carefully considered to make your stay as relaxing as possible, from the little touches like the luxury robes and slippers to key pieces of tech such as Sonos sound and Apple TVs throughout. And there’s no beating those majestic Mont Blanc views either, for giving you a sense of perspective and sending you home feeling just a little lighter than when you arrived.
