Set in its own grounds, close to the centre of Meribel, the chalet is the perfect mix of contemporary and traditional. While the technology is all achingly modern, the décor is comfortable and traditional.
The designer, Stephane Couyoumdijan, has paired beautiful, rich wood panelling and simply chosen soft furnishings to create a luxury property with a home-from-home feel about it.
The light and space in the property are something to behold. Children will love the large amount of room available to them and adults will appreciate having generous shared areas as well as large bedrooms that make a very comfortable and appealing place to retreat to occasionally.
The master bedroom occupies the entire top floor, while the other five bedrooms are each individually designed, so they all have something special about them. Simple, sleek furnishings and quirky accessories bring a unique feel.
This look is continued in the shared spaces, where designer chairs sit comfortably next to a striking slate table and contemporary objects d’arts give an edge to the warm and welcoming soft furnishings in the main living space.
Children and teens will be kept well occupied by the cinema room and playroom, which is kitted out with TV, DVD, Wii and Playstation. There’ll be no fights for the remote with this many options on offer.
Location
Chalet Mont Tremblant is located on a private road, just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Meribel or the Chaudanne and just a few minutes drive. A dedicated chauffeur is on hand to get you to and from the slopes and around resort each day.
The nearest airports are Chambery which is 1h 15m away, Lyon 1h 55m and Geneva, a 2h 10m drive away.

Whether you request a seven-course extravaganza or a quick simple meal, your chef will consult with you, or your staff, to ensure that your every whim is catered for.
When you choose to venture out from Chalet Mont Tremblant, your host will be more than happy to advise you on local restaurants and will make bookings at your request.

Kids
Children are particularly well catered for at Chalet Mont Tremblant. The fantastic playroom is well stocked with toys and games, including a Nintendo Wii and Playstation. Older children will enjoy spending time in the cinema room with surround sound.
When they need to burn off some energy, pack them off to the heated infinity swimming pool with jet stream, whilst you enjoy sipping of a glass of Champagne in the hot tub just above.
Nannies and babysitters can be arranged to give the adults a little time off and your private chef will be happy to prepare a separate children’s supper so the younger members of the group can eat a little earlier.
