As you’d expect, Chalet Tataali has all the little luxuries you could wish for, from cinema room and spa complete with Hammam, sauna, outdoor hot tub and swimming pool, to wine cellar and boot room.
But what makes this luxury ski holiday truly magical is the imaginative, mischievous additions you won’t find anywhere else – a climbing wall to explore, monkey bars in the well-equipped games room and a twirly tube slide that takes you from the entrance floor and whizzes you straight to the games room. They’ve even added a swing above the swimming pool because why would you not have a swing? With all that, plus table football, a pool table and lots more to keep everyone entertained, there is definitely never a dull moment at Chalet Tataali.
But this luxury ski chalet is just as effective as a relaxing retreat, too. The stylish spa area, with vaulted wooden ceiling and daylight flooding in from above is a wonderful space to lose oneself in for a couple of hours, and each of the luxury bedrooms is a little cocoon in which to rest and recharge. Wander out onto the terraces, take a few breaths of the mountain air, take in the views and listen to the babbling of the river nearby, and you’ll soon be feeling completely at peace.
The chalet’s staff are always on hand, ensuring you never lift a finger and that every meal is memorable, every moment a little bit special. No glass is left empty for long and no pillow left unplumped. Tataali is a proper tonic.
Location
Chalet Tataali is located at the start of the Valleé de la Manche, an idyllic and private location yet only moments from the centre of Morzine.
Once at the chalet, your in-resort chauffeur will transport you to and from the ski lift of your choice each day. This takes a couple of minutes to the nearest lift at Nyon or 5mins to the Pleney, both from which you can access the Morzine-Les Gets sector; or 5 mins to Prodains, which takes you straight to Avoriaz.
In good snow conditions, intermediate skiers can ski from the chalet to the nearby cross country trail which leads to the Nyon lift.
The centre of Morzine is approx. 3mins drive or those who prefer to stretch their legs can walk to the town centre, approx. 25mins, via a groomed riverside path that meanders through the trees.
The nearest airport is Geneva, approx. 1hr 20mins drive.

A champagne and canapés reception is held at a time of your choosing to get you into the holiday spirit.
This luxury chalet is renowned for its ‘Breakfast Club’, with a selection of hot options to choose from. A reduced menu is offered on the chef’s days off and a continental spread will be laid out for you.
When you return from your day’s skiing, afternoon tea will be laid out ready for you, including freshly made sweet and savory tarts from an artisan patisserie, to take the edge off your hunger. Boot room snacks and drinks are also available.
There’s a pre-arrival consultation with your chef so that all your group’s likes, dislikes and any dietary requirements can be easily catered for on your luxury ski holiday and your chef will be happy to provide an early evening children’s tea.
To allow you to really make the most of your stay, a luxury dining plan is drawn up for you, which your hosts recommend to include one evening of Kaiseiki, a six-course Japanese fine-dining experience; an evening at Chef’s Table to try a six-course tasting menu with matched wines, designed to showcase the chefs’ skills; two ‘gourmet’ dinners designed especially for your group and one relaxed dining evening.
Luxury dining is offered on five evenings. Your chalet host will be happy to recommend and book a restaurant or help arrange a delivery of freshly made pre-prepared meals to the chalet (at additional cost) on chef’s nights off.

Kids
This is a house with a two-storey slide in it. What more needs saying? Children are going to love this place! The property includes a climbing wall as well as monkey bars in the playroom. Between these and the skiing, all children should be nicely exhausted by the end of each day.
For older children, there’s a football table and pool table to keep them all busy on afternoons away from the slopes. And of course there’s the wonderful cinema room where they can enjoy a movie matinee.
