Description

Totally charming and oozing with Alpine style, Chalet Toda is not only perfectly located to enjoy the best of Lech, but is an experience in itself.

Just steps inside this pretty property, a stunning wooden staircase winds its way upwards, around a wood-burning fireplace with comfy sofas and armchairs gathered around. This cosy hallway also serves as the chalet’s main entertaining space, perfect for small celebrations and for gathering around the fire with friends to swap stories on all your day’s adventures.

From here, you’ll enter the traditional 18th-Century ‘stube’, a wood-clad parlour designed to be a warm and welcoming space for eating and entertaining. The rich, wood-panelled walls and low lighting bring the air of a historic home and make this a really cosy space to sit with friends, enjoying good food and fine wines, or to simply curl up with a book in the evenings.

A well-equipped kitchen and tiled stove make this a relaxing, laid-back space in which to spend time together.

On snowy afternoons, escape to the TV room with plush velvet seating to snuggle up in front of a film or perhaps spend a while in the sauna, soothing any weary muscles picked up on Lech’s slopes.

Up the winding staircase is a snug, with space for cards and games and views of the mountains. There’s a master bedroom and second bedroom, each with walk-in wardrobe as well as a shared bathroom with a sauna and walk-in shower. The final bedroom also has a shower room, and all three bedrooms have their own access to balconies so you can enjoy the mountain air and marvellous views as soon as you wake each morning.
