As well as seven luxe en-suite bedrooms, there is a beautiful master bedroom that’s a real treat to stay in, as well as a one-bedroom guest house, ideal for either overnight guests or a nanny. Each of the bedrooms is put together using only the most sumptuous fabrics and furnishings and includes art pieces and designer furniture to give each space individuality. Spa style bathrooms include all you need to invigorate you during your morning shower or totally relax during a long soak at the end of the day.
The sprawling communal areas are truly magical. Whether you’re planning a large party, or cosy nights in with friends, the glamorous sunken sofa area, dining space lit by twinkling chandeliers and separate teppanyaki space offer everything you need.

The wellness offering is second to none, with a heated outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, sauna, Hammam, sensory shower, fitness suite and treatment room. A team of specialists can be arranged at additional cost in nutrition, wellness, fitness and more are available for one-off treatments including Swedish massage, body scrubs, Bikram yoga and reflexology, as well as bespoke immersion programmes to help you make a change or simply attain a deeper level of relaxation while you’re away.

Ultima Grand Villa is located in a peaceful and leafy grove on the outskirts of Geneva, which is approximately 20 minutes drive away.
Guests who wish to spend the day on the water are well placed to do so, as Lake Geneva is a mere 5 minutes drive from the property.
Private airport transfers are included on arrival and departure days.

This luxury villa can be hired with a full staff to wait on you and cater for all your meals. It’s the ideal backdrop for a week of making memories, whether that’s to celebrate a milestone event or simply to spend relaxed time with your friends or loved ones.
The outdoor dining space and terraces are ideal for a party at the pool’s edge and your chef will be able to create a feast to impress you all. The villa also has a teppanyaki area as well as a beautiful private dining room, which seats 12 guests and can be used for an intimate gourmet dinner with paired wines from the villa’s cellar.
Your private chef will conjure up tantalising 3-course lunch and dinner services during your stay. Any dietary requirements, whims and wishes can all be taken into account when menus are being designed, to ensure every meal is one to remember for all the best reasons.
If you decide to head out, Geneva itself has a plethora of great restaurants. We particularly like Bayview by Michael Roth at the Hotel President Wilson.

There’s lots of space to play both inside and out of the villa and plenty of places for a great game of hide and seek. They’ll love splashing in the heated outdoor swimming pool, as well as watching a movie in the private cinema or enjoy the arcade room downstairs.
Cots and highchairs can be provided for younger guests and childcare can be arranged on request.
