The interiors are exquisitely decorated with sumptuous soft furnishings that befit this luxury property. The building was commissioned by Caroline of Brunswick in the early 19th century to house the former owners of the estate and it has been beautifully looked after and restored. One-off antiques and artworks give the villa a character all of its own. Each room has its own unique personality and the bedrooms are all spacious and airy, and all boast a lake view.

The property is about an hours drive from Milan Malpensa airport and just a few kilometres from the Swiss border.

Catering
Standing in the grounds of a five-star hotel, there are plenty of excellent options for eating while staying at Villa Cira. The formal Veranda restaurant offers Italian haute cuisine and spectacular views over lake and garden.
For a more casual meal with a view, try the Grill restaurant. In summer, you’ll want to experience eating at Il Patano where relaxed food is served under the ancient plane trees. There are also a number of bars where you can enjoy a light snack while you have a drink and enjoy the view or listen to the live band.
A continental breakfast can be brought to you in your villa, or you may wish to enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel. Room service is also available throughout the day.
