Description

Miami meets Mykonos on the clifftops overlooking Elia Beach, where you’ll find chic Greek living at Villa Melia. Space, style and sea views are the name of the game here, and everywhere you move there is an abundance of all three.

The large garden and pool area feels especially grand, with invisible glass fencing the only thing standing between you and the horizon. The infinity swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers for those who want to catch some rays, but there are also plenty of shady spots under the enormous wooden pergola which connects the villa to the garden.

Wander past the al fresco kitchen-dining area and two separate outdoor living areas and you’ll find yourself – almost without noticing – inside the villa. With the bifold doors open, the transition from outside to in is so seamless that it’s only the wooden floors which notify you of your entrance. Once you are in, enjoy the open-plan layout of the living spaces – which include a lounge, dining room and modern kitchen.

Throughout the villa’s living spaces the décor is uber stylish; with soft neutral tones and exposed natural materials used to create a chic seaside feel. The same can be said for its three bedrooms. These all enjoy sea views and unique, characterful features that remind you of your coastal setting – the master bedroom even has a hot tub on it’s terrace.

Set just next door to the villa are two studios where you’ll find the equally gorgeous fourth and fifth bedrooms. Both feature kitchenettes and private patio spaces for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee.
