Shimmering white in the Ibiza heat, Villa Roca is furnished in a minimalist, hipster style. There are 500m sq of living space, plus 600m sq of outdoor terraces. Most importantly, Villa Roca is the perfect party pad, with several bars and chill-out areas, not to mention the DJ mixing desk and alfresco dance floor.
In fact, why bother going out to Ibiza’s legendary nightclubs when you have the best and most exclusive club right here. And you are in charge of the guest list. You can play your favourite tunes and relax on the roof terrace or beside the pool. Delicious aromas waft up from the two BBQs and steam rises from the oversized Jacuzzi as the butlers pour your drinks.
And what better way to recover from a fabulous party than to recline on the pool deck in the sun, cooled by the spring water mist system and inspired by the jaw-dropping views. Villa Roca is nestled on a quiet hillside 200m above sea level, offering breathtaking views over the Ibiza coast and the resorts of Salinas and Formentera.
Ibiza Town is 6km away with buzzing nightlife and an abundance of clubs, bars and restaurants. Some of the best beaches are approx. 10mins drive away.

Bedrooms
Villa Roca has eight bedrooms sleeping a total of 16 people. All the rooms have mini fridges.
Bedroom 1 is on the top floor living room level and has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and separate bath tub. It also has its own private terrace.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the next floor down, one having a private terrace and each having its own en suite facilities. Both have double beds.
The large Master Bedroom is on the next floor down and has a king size bed. As well as a terrace and private bathroom, it has a Jacuzzi in the room.
Bedroom 2 has an en-suite shower room, a double bed, and a connecting door to the Master Bedroom.
Bedrooms 5, 6 and 7 are all on the lower ground floor level and each has a double bed and its own bathroom.
Catering
Your private, highly qualified chef is at your command during your stay at this luxury villa. It is totally up to you what level of catering you desire, whether that means simple and frugal, or budget-busting extravagance. It’s just like dining at the finest restaurant, within the privacy of your own home.
Just let your chef know your likes and dislikes, or any dietary requirements, and the chef can design bespoke menus just for your party. Healthy breakfasts, delectable lunches and sumptuous banquets are all possible. The world is your smorgasbord.
Ingredients are of the finest quality and expertly cooked, according to your tastes. When it comes to drinks, a comprehensive list of fine wines is on offer. If there’s something specific you would like – perhaps a favourite tipple – just ask in advance and we can have the villa stocked for you.

Kids
Villa Roca may be a great party venue, but it also makes a fantastic family holiday base. Kids will adore exploring all the terraces and splashing in the pool (though it may not be suitable for toddlers). The kids are likely to vote this the best pool ever, with its submerged windows and a cave below.
Trips out to visit Ibiza’s wonderful beaches and bustling towns are no problem either. Ibiza town is a few minutes’ drive away, as are the local beaches of Salinas and Es Cavellet. And, whatever games or equipment you desire, just ask and the villa staff can provide.
Older children might also appreciate private sports instructors and entertainers, whilst little ones might need professional nannies and child-minders. All these arrangements can be made on your behalf to ensure that everyone has a wonderful time at Villa Roca.
